About
Are you social (or suciale) and are you planning something fun? Being social means connecting and interacting with others in meaningful ways. It involves sharing thoughts, listening, and showing empathy, which helps build trust and stronger relationships. Social interactions not only bring joy and support but also allow us to learn from different perspectives. Whether through conversations, group activities, or simple acts of kindness, being social enriches our lives and fosters a sense of belonging in the community.

“Sociale” is a word for “social” in Corsican, as it shares this common Italian-based root with many other Romance languages. But this word was already taken, so we went with Suciale instead!
However, “Suciale” as the Corsican translation of “social” is not wrong, as it appears in several sources as a valid Corsican word.
So we will stick to that name! 🙂
The word “sociale” is used in Corsican, much like in Italian and other Romance languages, to mean “social” or relate to society.
Corsican, also known as Corsu, is a Romance language related to Tuscan Italian dialects spoken on the island of Corsica and parts of Sardinia.
